Pre-Teen
Ages 7–12 — real technique, discipline, and mental toughness through a full belt curriculum.
At ages seven to twelve, martial arts provides skills that are easily transferable to sports as well as giving young adults a sense of preparedness for the world they are about to inherit.
Pre-teens develop real technique, discipline, and mental toughness. This program bridges the energy of childhood with the focus and structure of adult training.
Students work through a full belt curriculum from White to Junior Black Belt which include the study of kata (solo performance), bunkai (partnered attack/defense), and jiu kumite (free sparring) where they solve physical problems, in real-time, under the social stress of scenarios often encountered at this age group.
